Venue Finding 
ETA Options Venue Finders offer an unbiased search for companies who require a venue to hold a conference, meeting, training module, dinner dance etc. Working within the client brief we begin our search, which is extremely extensive, as we offer many alternatives as possible. The more information the client provides, the more specific the chosen suggested venues.

ETA Options Venue Finders service is at most times free to the client, as we earn commission from the venue where the business is booked and confirmed, this is our only form of revenue. However, there are occasions when the proposed venue i.e Civic Centres, Office Bock facilities, Leisure Centres etc which may be ideal for the clients requirements, do no recognise booking agents and do not pay commission. ETA Options Venue Finders will then invoice the client a service charge for work done after the conference has taken place at 12% of the total invoice paid to the venue.

ETA Options Venue Finders may charge an Administration fee of £100.00 if the enquiry is cancelled without a viable reason where venue research work has been undertaken.

ETA Options Venue Finders may apply a fee if the client

• Provisionally held a venue they have found themselves then contacted ETA Options Venue Finders to search for a comparison but confirmed their original choice direct.
• Contacted ETA Options Venue Finders to research venues for a conference, meeting etc where they have not received confirmation of budget or given permission from their superior or Financial Administer to go ahead.
• Use ETA Options Venue Finders to research ideas and not go ahead and confirm the enquiry.
• Confirm a venue direct that is outside the original brief given i.e. location, budget, dates and type
• Cancel with no valid reason.
• Decide to hold the conference in house after work done.
• Confirm a venue with another venue finder.
