Accommodation Services Terms & Conditions
  1. ETA Options is  a limited company.

  2. DISCLAIMER: The information on this web site has been supplied and checked by hoteliers and venue managers. ETA Options accepts no liability for errors or omissions. If we discover that a hotel \ venue has misrepresented the establishment, the information is either amended or the hotel is removed from our site.

  3. It is the responsibility of the client to check that all booking details are correct. ETA Options will take no responsibility for discrepancies discovered after the booking has been confirmed.

  4. The client may only use this service to make legitimate enquiries or bookings and must not use it to make any speculative, false or fraudulent booking or any booking in anticipation of demand. The client also undertakes to provide correct and accurate telephone contact details to ETA Options and accepts that ETA Options may use these details to contact the Client should this prove necessary.

  5. The cancellation policy differs for each booking made, but the policy will be clearly stated on confirmation of booking. Cancelling a booking must be done by contacting ETA Options via telephone, fax or e-mail. In the case of bookings made online, cancellations can also be achieved by, where applicable, logging in to the "my reservations" area. Should the client receive no confirmation of cancellation within twenty-four hours, it is the responsibility of the client to follow it up. ETA Options will accept no liability for failure to comply with this clause. Any cancellation made after the period granted is liable to be charged by the hotel. ETA Options may charge an administration fee of £3.00 per reservation cancelled.

  6. ETA Options requires credit card information to secure the booking.

  7. Problems with refunds must be taken up with the hotel. ETA Options accepts no responsibility for charges made by the hotel, legitimate or otherwise.

  8. All offers advertised on the ETA Options website or by the reservations staff are subject to availability.

  9. If ETA Options is not able to provide accommodation in a hotel specified by the client, if requested, we will do our best to provide accommodation in a hotel of a similar standard in the area specified, but availability in that area is beyond our control and we accept no responsibility for failure to make a new booking.

  10. Telephone calls and any e-mail correspondence with ETA Options may be monitored or recorded. By undertaking such methods of contact, the client accepts this.

  11. Complaints concerning accommodation should be made first to the hotel. If the hotel fails to rectify the problems to the client's satisfaction, ETA Options should be contacted immediately; appropriate action will then be taken.

  12. ETA Options endeavours to achieve the best rates for the client on the day.

  13. ETA Options follows a strict privacy policy and therefore will not distribute information provided by the client to any third party, unless instructed to do so.

  14. ETA Options accepts no responsibility for the cancellation, alteration or curtailment of any booking made as a result of matters beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, fire and any other destruction of any accommodation booked, riots, acts of war or civil commotion, exercise of legislative, municipal, military or other authority, strikes, industrial action or any other reason beyond the control of ETA Options.

  15. ETA Options accepts no responsibility for any wear, tear or renovation at hotels, over which ETA Options has no control, or about which ETA Options has not been informed.

  16. ETA Options reserves the right to make changes to these terms and agreements. It is the responsibility of the client to check back regularly to ensure awareness of the latest information available. Any bookings made after changes have been initiated will be deemed to signify the client's acceptance of the modifications.

  18. All numerical divisions used in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

  19. ETA Options terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

  20. By making a booking through the ETA Options reservations system, the client is acknowledging these terms and conditions and is agreeing to abide by them.
